Cricket Mega Mart stands by its products quality and craftsmanship. Every item is inspected and approved before being shipped out to our customers. However there are always slim chances of a product not meeting customer's expectations. For those situations, Cricket Mega Mart has very hassle-free, customer friendly return / exchange policy.
Before Requesting a Refund / Exchange
- When you receive the product, inspect it closely and confirm that it is the same product that was ordered by you and also it is in perfect condition.
- You may be eligible for a full refund or exchange If
- You have received a different product then what was ordered.
- Product shipped to you is different than the description provided for the same product on our website. Color of the product is not covered under this clause.
- Product is defective.
To Request a Refund / Exchange
- All refund / exchange must be pre-authorized by Cricket Mega Mart. Any unauthorized returns will not be entertained and buyer will be responsible for expenses, losses associated with that.
- To receive authorization, Please contact us via email (Himanshu@cricketmegamart.com) or phone (210-488-7417) within 7 business days of receiving the shipment. Upon receiving your request, we will get in touch with you within 2 business days.
- Upon establishing the eligibility for refund or exchange, you will be provided with Merchandise Return Form. Fill out the form and include it with the product being returned.
- Please make sure that
- The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying accessories.
- Package the item securely so as to avoid damage during shipping. If you are returning an item of significant value, we recommend that you insure it against loss or damage.
- All manufacturers' warranties are in effect.
Shipping and Handling Charges Associated With Refund / Exchange
- Refunds for items that are defective or that were not described accurately will include both the incoming and outgoing shipping charges.
- However, buyers returning items because of buyer's remorse will be refunded the purchase price but neither the incoming or outgoing shipping charges.
- Items must be returned in similar packaging and via the same shipping method by which it was shipped to the customer.
- In certain cases, upto 20% restocking fee might be charged.
