Cricket Mega Mart stands by its products’ quality and craftsmanship. Every item is inspected and approved before being shipped out to our customers. However, there are always slim chances of a product not meeting a customer’s expectations. For those situations, Cricket Mega Mart has a very hassle-free, customer-friendly return/exchange policy.

Before Requesting a Refund / Exchange 

  • When you receive the product, inspect it closely and confirm that it is the same product that was ordered by you and that it is in perfect condition.
  • You may be eligible for a full refund or exchange. If you
    • have received a different product than what was ordered.
    • The product shipped to you is different from the description provided for the same product on our website. The colour of the product is not covered under this clause.
    • The product is defective.

To Request a Refund / Exchange

  • All refunds and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Cricket Mega Mart. Any unauthorised returns will not be entertained, and the buyer will be responsible for any expenses or losses associated with that.
  • To receive authorization, please contact us via email (Himanshu@cricketmegamart.com) or phone (210-488-7417) within 7 business days of receiving the shipment. Upon receiving your request, we will get in touch with you within 2 business days.
  • Upon establishing your eligibility for a refund or exchange, you will be provided with a merchandise return form. Fill out the form and include it with the product being returned.
  • Please ensure that
    • Package the item securely so as to avoid damage during shipping. If you are returning an item of significant value, we recommend that you insure it against loss or damage.
    • The item(s) are returned in their original packaging, with all accompanying accessories.
    • All manufacturers’ warranties are in effect.

Shipping and Handling Charges Associated With Refund / Exchange

  • Refunds for items that are defective or that were not described accurately will include both the incoming and outgoing shipping charges.
  • However, buyers returning items because of buyer’s remorse will be refunded the purchase price but not the incoming or outgoing shipping charges.
  • Items must be returned in similar packaging and via the same shipping method by which they were shipped to the customer.
  • In certain cases, up to a 20% restocking fee might be charged.
